History of the journal stems back to July 1988 when

'"The Science International (Lahore)"

was commissioned in the fleet of international scientific publications. It is a broad-based BIMONTHLY journal (refereed), devoted to all basic and applied sciences committed to serving the world of science. In its purview are research papers, reviews, short communications, articles, and research reports from the largest spectrum of research subjects. The publication of no less than 5000 research papers goes to its credit. till day. It is the first journal ever emerged from the private sector in the history of Pakistan generating its own funds to cater to its needs.
